10 years since 9/11

In 25 days it will be the 10 year anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon. I will continue to highlight those events of 2001.



Following the attack on the Pentagon, the order is given and the White House is evacuated.





Desperate calls come in to Emergency Services from people trapped in the two burning towers. Some people called love ones to say good bye.











Others couldn't bear the heat and smoke and jumped to their death.









In a flight that would ultimately take him to Louisiana and Nebraska before returning to Washington, President Bush and his staff take off from Sarasota Florida aboard Air Force One
